Welcome to Ibill Craft, an online retail store operated by Deafnet LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 16988 Reed Street, Apt. 8, Fontana, California 92336. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ibillcraft.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Ibill Craft website (ibillcraft.com) or by making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Deafnet LLC.

All products listed on ibillcraft.com are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without notice.

Prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accurate pricing, but in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices and notify affected customers.

We do not offer price matching and do not guarantee any specific price for any duration. Sales, promotions, and discount codes are valid only during specified periods and subject to the specific terms of each offer.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order on ibillcraft.com, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the listed price, subject to these Terms. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, or errors in product or pricing information.

Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept payment through PayPal, which supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal balance. All transactions are processed in USD and subject to PayPal's terms and conditions. We do not store payment card information on our servers.

Tax may be collected on your order based on your shipping destination and applicable laws. Any taxes due will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes are outlined in our Shipping Policy at ibillcraft.com/shipping-policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Title and risk of loss for purchased products transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by the shipping carrier after the package leaves our fulfillment center.

Deafnet LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. For packages showing as delivered but not received, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at ibillcraft.com/return-policy. In summary: we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ibillcraft.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, audio, video, and software ("Content"), is the property of Deafnet LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without our prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial use of the Site for shopping purposes is permitted.

All product graphics, prints, and designs featured on Ibill Craft products are proprietary to Deafnet LLC. Copying, reproducing, or selling products that incorporate our designs is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. User Conduct

By using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks without legitimate cause

If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in Fontana, California or remotely. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in San Bernardino County, California to prevent irreparable harm.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Deafnet LLC regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
