At Ibill Craft, we stand behind every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we make it easy to return or exchange your items. This Return & Refund Policy explains our process, eligibility requirements, and timelines.

30-Day Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags attached. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Unworn — item has not been worn or used
  • Unwashed — item has not been laundered or cleaned
  • Undamaged — item is in original, sellable condition
  • Original tags still attached to the garment
  • Not a final sale item (sale items, customized pieces are not returnable)

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, email [email protected] before initiating a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Sale" at time of purchase
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, staining, or damage not present at delivery
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return: 5-Step Process

Starting a return is simple:

  1. Email us: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request – Order #[your order number]"
  2. Include: Your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for your return
  3. Receive your RMA: We'll respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
  4. Ship your item: Package your item securely and ship it to the address provided in your RMA email
  5. Get your refund: Once we receive and inspect your return (1–3 business days), your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

Return Shipping

For standard returns (change of mind, sizing), we provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. The cost of return shipping ($6.99) will be deducted from your refund amount.

For defective items, incorrect items, or damage that occurred during shipping, we cover 100% of the return shipping cost. No deduction will be made from your refund.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets our return eligibility requirements. This inspection typically takes 1–3 business days. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • PayPal refunds: Credited to your PayPal balance within 5–10 business days of processing
  • Credit/debit card refunds: May take an additional 2–5 business days to appear on your statement after processing
  • Bank transfers: May take 3–7 business days depending on your financial institution

You will receive a refund confirmation email once your refund has been processed. If you don't see the credit within 10 business days of that email, please contact your bank before reaching out to us — most delays occur on the bank's end.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or colorway within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the exchange you'd like (e.g., "Size M → Size L, same style")
  2. We'll confirm availability and send you return instructions
  3. Once we receive your return and confirm eligibility, we'll ship your exchange item

Exchange shipping for the new item is free of charge. If the requested size or colorway is out of stock, we'll offer you store credit or a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage, defect, or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will send you a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice. We cover all return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. No deductions will be made from your refund.

Late Returns

Returns received after the 30-day return window will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at the customer's expense. If you are past the 30-day window due to extenuating circumstances (illness, natural disaster, etc.), please contact us at [email protected] and we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
